They're nesting outside it, which is why killing the ones you can see never ends it. Mosquitoes are the same story in standing water, ticks in the leaf litter at your property line. We treat where each pest actually lives, not where you happened to spot it.

Our 4-step field protocol. Here's exactly what happens when we treat your property, and why pests stop coming back.
We map your entire property, identifying breeding sites, entry points, and high-risk zones.
Species-level identification determines the exact threat and the most effective treatment approach.
Targeted application based on the species we identify. You pick the treatment, standard or plant-based, and we explain and price both before we start.
Ongoing barrier protection and source elimination to keep pests from returning between visits.
Ants and wasps peak in summer. But mice come inside in November, and stink bugs, cluster flies and lady beetles start looking for a way in every October. A program that stops in the fall misses the pests most people actually call about.
Recurring service all year. Exterior foundation barrier on every visit, interior treatment whenever you ask for it, and mechanical rodent traps checked and reset inside.
Nine monthly visits across the outdoor season. Mosquitoes, ticks and fleas treated by yard zone, standing water for one, the leaf litter at your property line for the other.
Adult blacklegged ticks peak in October–November and again in March–April. It's also when mice move indoors. Both are months after the seasonal trucks are winterized.
Two programs. Bundle them and they run on the same visit, so you get one appointment and one bill instead of two.
Ants, mice and rats, roaches, spiders, stinging insects and the occasional invaders that show up every fall. Exterior foundation barrier every visit, because nearly every structural pest problem starts outside and comes in.
The house and the yard on the same appointment during the outdoor season. One technician, one visit, one bill, instead of two companies blaming each other for the ants on your patio.
Mosquitoes breed in standing water. Ticks wait in the leaf litter at your property line. They are two different jobs in two different parts of your yard, and one lap with a blower misses both.
Mouse in the basement? Ants back on the counter? Call us and a technician is at your property within 72 hours. No inspection, no argument, no charge. What we apply depends on what we find and what the product label permits, and we'll tell you the exact date a repeat application is allowed. Re-treats are unlimited for as long as your service is active.
Coverage between visits depends on which program you're on, and we'll tell you exactly what yours includes when we quote it.
Nearly every company on Long Island runs bait stations. Here is what nobody explains before they install one.
Rodenticide doesn’t work instantly. The mouse eats, wanders back into a wall void or a soffit, and dies there. Now you have a decomposition problem inside a cavity nobody can open, and the flies that follow it.
It is a risk to dogs and cats that find a station, to children, and to the hawks and owls that hunt your property. A raptor that eats a poisoned rodent takes the dose with it.
Mechanical snap traps in the interior runs: basements, utility rooms, under appliances, along wall lines. Checked, cleared and reset at every visit where you give us interior access. Slower on paper. Better in practice.
Trapping removes the rodents that are already inside. It does not close the gap they came through, and a mouse fits through an opening the width of a pencil. As long as that gap is open, new mice keep replacing the ones we catch. That is a treadmill, and you would be paying to stay on it.
So at every visit we note the entry points we find and physically show you where they are. Sealing that up is the only thing that ends a rodent problem permanently. We quote it separately, because it is carpentry, not pest control, and we would rather tell you that than sell you bait forever.
Each of these gets a dedicated approach, because each needs a different product and method than a perimeter program uses. Quoted on its own so the work is scoped properly and you know exactly what you are getting.
A dedicated program, quoted after an inspection. Termites work inside your framing, well past where a perimeter treatment reaches, so they get their own method and their own schedule.
Termite program →A dedicated multi-visit service, quoted after inspection. Eggs keep hatching after the first treatment, so it takes more than one appointment, and we will walk you through the room preparation before we schedule.
Bed bug service →Closing the gaps mice actually use. It is carpentry rather than pest control, so it is quoted on its own, and it is the one thing that ends a rodent problem for good. We point out every entry point we find at no charge either way.
Call for a quote →Squirrels, raccoons and the rest follow different rules and need different equipment. Call and we will tell you honestly whether this is one for us or for a wildlife specialist.
Call (844) We-Prowl →Question 1 of our guide asks whether a company can name what's on your property. This is our answer, every pest on our service agreements, tagged with the plan that covers it.

Your technician walks the full property, not the perimeter. Outside, they read the foundation line, where the soil meets the wall, the utility penetrations, the door sweeps, the gap behind the hose bib. That's where ants and mice are getting in, and it's why treating the counter you saw them on never ends it.
Then they knock and ask whether you're seeing anything inside. If you are, they treat it that day at no extra charge, with different products than the ones used outdoors, targeted baits and crack-and-crevice placements where pests actually travel, not a fog across your living room.
And they identify what's actually there. Carpenter ants and pavement ants need different baits. Asian tiger and northern house mosquitoes breed in different water. Blacklegged and lone star ticks sit in different parts of the yard. We treat what we find, not what was on the truck.
Before they leave, they'll show you the entry points and the breeding sites you can close yourself in ten minutes without paying us a dime.
We identify what's on your property before we pick a product. Most companies run the same spray on every lawn.
Mechanical traps only indoors, never rodenticide bait. A poisoned mouse dies in your wall, and the bait is a risk to pets, kids and raptors.
The same technician every visit. You'll have their name and their cell number.
See something between visits? A technician is on your property within 72 hours, no charge. What your program covers between visits, we spell out when we quote.
Standard or plant-based. You pick. We explain the difference and price both before we start. Plant-based generally needs reapplying more often, and we say so.
Long Island sits on a federally designated sole-source aquifer. The water under your lawn is the water in your tap. Suffolk County's Article 12 restrictions on what can go into the ground here are among the strictest in the country, and most homeowners have no idea they exist.
We do, because we're licensed under them. Ask any pest company you're considering how their product selection changes because of Article 12. The answer will tell you a lot.
