Mosquitoes, ticks and fleas, plus outdoor ants, wasps and hornets, yellow jackets, outdoor spiders, crickets, earwigs, millipedes, centipedes, sow bugs, chiggers, clover mites, gnats and midges.
Foliage and shaded resting areas where adult mosquitoes wait out the day, the leaf litter and tall grass along your property line where ticks sit, wooded transitions, fence lines and the standing water we find on the walk.
Cicada killers, carpenter bees, Japanese beetle adults, tent caterpillars, bagworms and spongy moth caterpillars on accessible ornamentals.
Structural pests inside the house. Ants in the kitchen, mice, roaches and silverfish belong to the pest control program, and the two can run on the same visit.
Two recurring programs, and you can bundle them. We set the right visit frequency for your property when we quote it, based on construction and pest pressure rather than a price sheet.
Recurring, year-round. Ants, mice and rats, roaches, spiders, stinging insects and the seasonal invaders. Exterior foundation barrier every visit, interior treatment whenever you ask, at no additional charge.
Recurring, March through November. Mosquitoes, ticks and fleas treated by yard zone, plus outdoor perimeter pests. Standing water found and reported on every visit.
Both programs performed on the same visit during the outdoor season. One technician, one appointment, one bill, instead of two companies blaming each other for the ants on your patio.
Not a national franchise dispatching a stranger. The same technician comes back to your property, and you will have their name.

Adult mosquitoes rest in shaded foliage, but they come from standing water: the corrugated drain extension, the tarp over the patio furniture, the saucer under a potted plant, a clogged gutter over the deck. Treating the shrub line without finding the water is treating the symptom. We map and treat the sources on every visit.
Blacklegged ticks sit in leaf litter and tall grass along wooded edges and property lines, waiting for something to brush past. They are not in the middle of your lawn. A perimeter application aimed at mosquitoes does very little to the zone where ticks actually are, which is why the two need separate treatment.
Asian tiger mosquitoes breed in containers and bite during the day. Northern house mosquitoes use larger water and bite at dusk. Blacklegged, lone star and American dog ticks occupy different parts of a property. We identify what is there before choosing a product, because it changes where we treat.
Adult blacklegged ticks peak in October and November, then again in March and April. Most mosquito trucks on Long Island are winterized before either one. Our outdoor season is nine visits, March through November.
Your technician walks the full property, not the perimeter, and tells you which breeding sites you can eliminate yourself in ten minutes without paying us a dime.
Standard or plant-based. Both are named, explained and priced before we start, including the honest trade-off that plant-based generally needs reapplying more often.
“Alex came out and walked the whole property before he even started spraying. Showed me where the mosquitoes were breeding (had no idea about the drainage ditch behind our shed). Huge difference after the first treatment.”
“Found a tick on my 7 year old after she was playing in the yard. Called Prowl and John was here the next morning. Really took his time explaining everything and did not try to sell us anything we did not need.”
