We tell you exactly what we applied, where, and how long to stay off treated surfaces, about 30 minutes, until dry. Every application gets a detailed report sent to your phone, including the product name and its EPA registration number.
We carry a plant-based option alongside the standard product, and we price both before we start so the choice is yours. Indoors we use different products than we use outside, placed where pests travel rather than sprayed across the room.
Every service backed by the Prowl Promise. If covered pest activity returns between visits, so do we, at no charge. That's the deal.

New York State Department of Environmental Conservation core certification for commercial pesticide application. Every technician who applies product on your property holds it.
Structural and rodent pest control. This is the category that covers ants, roaches, spiders, mice and rats inside and around the structure. A company licensed only for lawns cannot legally do this work.
Ornamental and turf pest control. The category covering mosquito, tick and flea treatment across the yard, the property line and the landscape.
Licensed to work in restaurants, delis, groceries, bakeries and commissaries, where the product list, the placement rules and the documentation requirements are all different from a house.
General liability and commercial auto insurance covering every property visit, every application, every technician.
