Apply treatments to residential properties, conduct inspections, identify pest issues, and build relationships with customers on your assigned route. Valid NY driver's license required. NY DEC certification preferred but we'll help you get it. Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather.

Learn the trade from experienced technicians. You'll ride along, assist with treatments, and work toward your NY DEC certification. No prior experience needed — just a strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn. Great entry point into a career in pest management.

Generate new business through door-to-door, referrals, and local partnerships. You'll be the first point of contact for homeowners — conducting property assessments and closing service agreements. Base salary plus uncapped commission. Prior sales experience preferred but not required if you've got the drive.

Keep operations running smoothly. You'll manage scheduling, handle customer calls, coordinate technician routes, process invoicing, and support the team with day-to-day admin. Strong organizational skills and comfort with technology required. Experience in home services or pest control is a plus.

Oversee all field operations, technician management, quality control, and service delivery. You'll build processes, hire and develop team members, and drive operational excellence as we scale. 5+ years in operations management required, preferably in home services, pest control, or related field. This is a leadership role with real ownership.

Own the full recruitment cycle as we grow our team across Long Island. Source candidates, manage job postings, conduct interviews, and build our employer brand. You'll work closely with leadership to forecast hiring needs and build a pipeline of technicians, sales reps, and support staff. 2+ years recruiting experience required.
