Carpenter, odorous house, pavement and acrobat ants, spiders, silverfish, firebrats, crickets, earwigs, centipedes, millipedes, sow bugs and pillbugs.
Mice and rats, using mechanical traps inside only. Traps are checked, cleared and reset at every visit where we have interior access.
American, Oriental, German and brown-banded. German roaches are covered as a dedicated treatment on their own schedule, since they are not touched by the exterior barrier.
Wasps and hornets, yellow jackets, carpenter bees, plus the fall crowd: stink bugs, cluster flies, boxelder bugs, Asian lady beetles, carpet beetles, house flies and pantry pests.
Two recurring programs, and you can bundle them. We set the right visit frequency for your property when we quote it, based on construction and pest pressure rather than a price sheet.
Recurring, year-round. Ants, mice and rats, roaches, spiders, stinging insects and the seasonal invaders. Exterior foundation barrier every visit, interior treatment whenever you ask, at no additional charge.
Recurring, March through November. Mosquitoes, ticks and fleas treated by yard zone, plus outdoor perimeter pests. Standing water found and reported on every visit.
Both programs performed on the same visit during the outdoor season. One technician, one appointment, one bill, instead of two companies blaming each other for the ants on your patio.
Not a national franchise dispatching a stranger. The same technician comes back to your property, and you will have their name.

Ants, spiders, roaches and mice come in from the perimeter and move along the foundation before they ever reach your kitchen. That is why the exterior treated band does most of the work in our program, and why treating only what you can see indoors never finishes it.
Odorous house ants, the most common indoor ant on Long Island, split into satellite colonies when they are stressed. Spraying a visible trail every night is exactly that stress. People end up with ants in three rooms instead of one and have no idea they caused it. Baiting is what collapses a colony.
Our exterior barrier product is never applied indoors. Interior work is targeted bait placements, crack-and-crevice and void treatment where pests actually travel. We do not fog or spray across living space.
A spider is a predator, and predators go where the food is. A house with a steady spider population does not have a spider problem, it has an insect population the homeowner has not noticed yet. The spiders noticed it first.
What they are living on is the ants, gnats, flies, springtails and small perimeter insects crossing in around the foundation. That traffic is invisible to you and obvious to them, which is why spiders concentrate in basements, garages, window frames and ceiling corners rather than distributing evenly through the house.
So knocking down webs and spraying the ones you can see buys you about three weeks. Nothing has changed about why they were there. Cut off the food supply at the foundation and the spiders leave on their own, because there is no longer anything in the house worth staying for. That is the same reason the exterior band does most of the work in this program.
We will not. Mechanical traps only inside. A poisoned rodent dies in a wall void where nobody can reach it, and the bait is a risk to dogs, children and the hawks and owls that hunt your property. Nearly every competitor runs interior bait stations.
We do, at every visit. If you are seeing something indoors we treat it that day at no additional charge. Most companies either force an interior appointment or never offer one.
That trapping without sealing is a treadmill. Mice enter through a gap the width of a pencil, and until it is closed new ones replace the ones we catch. We point out entry points at every visit and quote sealing separately, because it is carpentry rather than pest control.
“Carpenter ants were getting into the wood around our windows. John came out, found where they were getting in, treated it, and came back to check on it. Problem solved. No BS. Just fixed the issue.”
“Had a bad experience with another local company that was pushy about upselling. Prowl is the opposite. Thomas showed up, did the work, charged a fair price, and left. No games.”
